RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We really want you to be happy Satisfied with your BLOCK UNBLOCK
purchase, if for some reason you are not you have the below options to choose from:
a) Request to return product in exchange for any other product featured on the BLOCK UNBLOCK website
b) A credit voucher which will be valid for 6 months
All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipping date. Stock must be in resalable condition with correct packaging and swing tags attached. BLOCK UNBLOCK has the right to deny exchange/return if the product does not meet our standard.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
REFUNDS
We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by Block unblock
Items purchased in bundles will only be refunded at the discounted price.
